Option Care Health's Online Review Report Card

This company provided life sustaining fluids to my wife before she died. Months after her death I get a bill for several thousands of dollars. I have been trying to find the right person to talk to about this and all I get is bounced from one person to another and then ultimately hung up on.This company has ZERO customer service and should be avoided at all costs. Absolutely inconsiderate and unprofessional I called over a week ago stating my son is out of feeding supplies including feeding bags got sent a couple to last me a couple days here it is days again without bags then get the response that there are no bags available and the warehouse has to be called to check if they have any. This is a 4 year old we are talking about orders should be reoccurring why is it that every month I am having the exact same issue with these people. Terrible customer service. Can NEVER get through to anyone. They reroute every single call about 100x or hang up after giving an attitude.They have messed up billing with me and it was in regards to formula for my daughter but refuse to expedite it even though it means not being able to provide my daughter with her formula. Instead of attempting to speed the process up (3 months worth of phone calls to resolve) they said “you need to wait ma’am you’ve already called us 3x in the last few months”. YES BC MY DAUGHTER NEEDS FORMULA. And sadly, 3 months and no resolution!!!!! I keep getting bills. They’re a bunch of jerks and I won’t recommend them to ANY ONE.Terrible customer service. Absolutely worst customer service . Don't give them your credit card information they charge your card for no services then you have to speak to someone that speaks very poorly English and the frustration gets worse . Would never do business here again

No one there does their job. Very poor nursing response! No one calls you back when they say they will.I shouldn’t have to initiate the care when they have all the orders. I would not recommend this place!

Been using option care for my infusion for almost a year . The pharmacist has been great my medication arrives 2 days before infusion and my nurse is wonderful. She is professional and kind. Michelle makes my infusion very comfortable.Jennifer

If you want to have the worst experience, OptionCare is your team! Customer service is a zero, medication being delivered when promised is a lie. You’ll be sent to speak to various representatives who will all supposedly resolve the issues, only to end up back at square one. OptionCare is a mess. Disorganized is their nature.
