I had an appointment as a new patient today in their Norwalk, CT office. The receptionist last name Sanchez was very, very rude! As I was going to approach the her front desk she says your name? She was on the phone so I was not sure if she was asking me since she never said good afternoon or I will be right with you…normal courtesy greeting when you arrive. In seconds she asked again in a louder tone. I responded and she hands me the paperwork to fill out. Do you really want to go to an office where on your very first visit, your first contact which is the front desk receptionist has an attitude and is rude? I decided right there and then to leave the office. The doctor might be an excellent doctor or not… but the front desk receptionist needs to be trained properly.

Dr. Hemmers was great! First visit with him was very educational, informative and trusted this physician with his extensive knowledge when it comes to choosing the appropriate treatment for my child. All my questions and concerns were immediately answered and assessed with a plan on how to give the best care. It was a very informative visit due to how he elaborately explained diff types of allergies. I would highly highly recommend him to all my friends and family
