Scott Waller's Online Review Report Card

Both myself and my daughter have been to see Dr. Waller. He is very attentive and genuinely cared about our injuries. It's a nice office and we did not wait a long time at all to be seen. Everyone was very nice and very patient with my daughter. I will go back to him if we have any other issues and have recommended him to friends.

Arrogant and condescending. I should have heeded the reviews. Don’t waste your time like I did.

I came in to see Dr.Waller for what turned out to be severe arthritis in my right hand. He helped me avoid additional pain and the PT's and staff were extremely helpful

Honest and upfront MD. More practical for treating sprains, simple fractures & dislocations. He was, however, unable to indentify a “Bacterial Joint Infection” and did not treat it appropriately. I did get a referral to a hand specialist which at least made the visit a step in the correct direction. He was upfront and admitted what he didn’t know how to treat (although BJI is a rather common diagnosis & an MD or Nurse should use Goggle before claiming ignorance and then charging you for the visit). “Come back in 2 weeks if it doesn’t clear up” to a time sensitive rapidly degenerating joint bacterial infection? No thank you! (Time to brush up on your craft)!

Not impressed. I have never been to a Doctor that seems annoyed by advising him or her of symptoms. Seemed irritated that I actually had information to give. Also said I was indicating the pain in my knee was different than last time which is also what he said on the second visit. How much room is on my knee to make these statements. Than asked what PT had me do and told me to so something different. Not sure why I bothered going to PT if he could have told me what to do. Will not return

After my surgery, I am now in more pain than before I had a multi-level fusion after he was paid he then said there was nothing else he could do and never returned my calls now being treated by another doctor because of Dr. Waller not creating a curve that was in my spine.

He takes his time with his patients, he's very informative, and a great surgeon you can't even tell I had surgery on my hand, and next week having my knee surgery done. I like a dr who is there to inform, treat, and advise, not trying to be my buddy, he's professional that's what I look for in a dr.

Amazing doctor and very thorough!

I recently had a fantastic experience with Dr. Waller. A few weeks ago my shoulder started experiencing pain, and within 2 days it was immobile and excruciating. I called around and had a hard time getting an appointment anywhere, but Dr. Waller was able to see me within a day.I printed the paperwork at home, filled it out and brought it with me, so check-in was a breeze. I waited no more than 5 minutes before being called in. Saw a nurse first and then the Dr. within another 5 minutes or so. His diagnosis and treatment were spot as, as I was back to 100% within days.I went back for a follow-up 3 weeks later and, again, I wanted no more than 5 minutes in the waiting room and a few minutes in the exam room before seeing Dr. Waller. Was back in my car and on the way home within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment time.I hope to never have this problem again, but if I do I will absolutely go to Dr. Waller again.
