Really liked the doc for a number of years, was thorough, etc. Staff was great and responsive, no issues. Then his practice became part of Uconn Health, and it all changed. I could not get hold of his office, my calls always went to a Uconn receptionist who was supposed to forward information on, which never happened. I went from feeling like a valued patient to just another number. This went on for over a year and I became frustrated with the whole process, especially with recommendations for specialists. All referrals went through UConn rather than from Dr Cap personal references. It became nearly impossible to communicate with the office, so I ended up finding another doctor in a smaller practice.

I've always been pleased with the professionalism, thoroughness and follow up from all the associates, PA's and Doctors. The recent merger with UCONN Health has further improved that.
