The people are nice but their process is ridiculous, no double checks to see if script requests go through, can't get anyone to help make anything go faster, the level of customer service is very low with no concern about mistakes they make:( I Miss Dr Capodonna, at least he had an old world mentality of taking care of the patient! Never going back after I was told that I called too many times to have my issue taken care of even though I was told to call as much as I wanted to follow up on their mistake!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. I see reviews from patients complaining about what they were billed after "unnecessary tests". Wouldn't you rather your doctor be thorough and ensure you are healthy versus the opposite? That is what they are here for! Our bodies are mysteries and if the doctor feels further testing is necessary, allow yourself the peace of mind and do it. It's not the doctors' fault that very little is covered by insurance nowadays - take that up with your insurance company. If you're worried about the cost, ask your doctor if you can step outside to call your insurance company so you can make an informed decision if you would like to move forward with the tests, should cost be the deciding factor. I have done this before and the doctors are very accommodating. So - stop complaining about the bills. It's really disheartening that anyone would review the practice based on what the insurance company billed them afterward. It is not up to the doctor to tell you what you will be charged - that's your responsibility to find out.

I wish I could give negative stars. This place is ridiculous. It takes monthes to schedule an appointment. And then they do all these unnecessary tests just to get your money. I got a hefty bill in the mail after the doctor insisted on bloodwork. I never once was told my insurance wouldn't cover it. Every time I have gone here (ive seen three different doctors) they always brush me off when telling them my symptoms. I get my lab results back saying everything is fine but if you look at the labs theres extreme lows and highs on every result!! Im left to diagnose myself. This place is garbage. STEP IT UP!!

Saw Dr. Damen for a questionable mole which he then decided to remove right in the office because it looked funny. I now have a giant ugly scar on my back from where he butchered me and then he decided to go ahead and send it out to another doctor and then to a lab never once checking if the on going cost would be okay with me. Ill never go see this doctor again and I suggest you look elsewhere. I also saw him for acne where he barely paid attention and then shoved samples at me.
