I love the doctor and the young women in the front office. I placed a call for the PA and three days later have not received a call back. The call process stinks as well. It tells you how many calls are in the cue. Everytime I call it says zero but it still takes 10 to 20 minutes for some one to pick up.

I called and set up and appointment for a telehealth meeting with Dr. Swamy. I then sat on the computer for 15+ minutes waiting for them to come to the appointment, which I very much would have preferred a phone call. But the Doc never showed up and in return I will be finding a new doctor because this is ridiculous. Don't schedule an appointment if you can't simply show up.

Recent days it is getting worse. close to 45 minutes wait time on phone to schedule an appointment or to reach the front office. Front office staffs are not so good in getting information from doctor. i had a very bad time.

Absolutely a good listener, understands and explains medical conditions, orders specific tests, refers to specialist and take cognigence of health concerns. Staff is very friendly and quick.

Dr Swamy is an Awesome Doctor , very caring , kind, A very good Doctor . Very reliable , Dr Swamy always make an effort to see her patients when they are sick , she make sure you will be checking. Excellent doctor and a wonderful human being. Dr Swamy is simply best at her job and like a family to her patients ready to attend you at any point of time and efficiently deal with your problems . She helps her patients out of the way. Love you mam and respect forever!
