Pricing seems suspicious. Offering one price in the consultation quote but insisting that I can pay $250 to unlock better deals is concerning. The pricing model is unclear and not transparent.

The nurse practitioner I had today was phenomenal She talked me through everything gave me breaks as I needed. It was a walk in the park. We talked like we’ve known each other for years when in reality today was the first day I met her. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The environment is clean and inviting. Definitely worth every penny

Wonderful appointment Selma was very comforting during the laser and made it a good experience and Ana made making my next appointment a breeze Wonderful people at this location cant wait to come back

I am not 100% if my laser hair removal will be worth the price and the pain yet just had my last session but there was still a good amount of hair that grew back after the one before it so I will still be waiting to see. However I did want to write a review about Kelsey She is honestly one of the best workers Ive encountered in any type of store. She is beyond nice and knows what shes talking about. Ever since I got her I have asked for her each time. I definitely recommend requesting her for your sessions and think she deserves a raise. She is amazingYears later I did want to come back and update this review and let everybody know that the laser did not work. My hair is still growing back. And I also believe the laser burnt me on that area and I randomly have pain there. I would not recommend anybody to get this done especially here for THIS much money. I paid about $3000. If you’re going to try laser hair removal try somewhere cheaper so if it doesn’t work it isn’t a complete loss. However none of this affects how good Kelsey was haha I have also gotten over how angry I was in the beginning about wasting my money and being in random pain due to it.

So on the positive side the people that work here are very friendly and treat you well. However it feels like the technicians dont always know what theyre doing. Several of my first sessions were very quick and Im absolutely sure that they did not laser ALL the hairs that they could have. I was naive at the beginning since I had never had it done before and it wasnt until I got a proper session that I realized the other ones werent done right. To this day about 2 years after my last session I still have to pluck and shave. I would never consider spending more money here to get further treatments because its just not worth all the money.
