My experience with the eyeglasses department has been outstanding.The selection of frames are current and fashionable. I highly recommend working with the Dispensing Optician Argie. Her professionalism and eye for style is a skill I trust. Dr. Aucello is lucky to have her.

We made an appointment a month ahead so that my daughter can see an optometrist when she was visiting us during her winter break. They canceled the appointment on us the day before because we couldn't get back to them on the same day!

I had my eyes examined two weeks ago - asked if there was a change in my prescription, and they said YES - and then went to another store to purchase eyeglasses. When the eyeglasses were ready, they were the wrong prescription. I called Dr. Aucello's office at 11 a.m. this morning - told them I needed to come in again and be seen - they said I didn't need an appointment to just come in. I told them I had a sick husband at home and didn't have a lot of time. When I got there at 11:30, they told me I needed an appointment at 1:00. I got irritated, and the girl told me I misunderstood her. I saw the optician, who saw that the prescription was wrong. A patient was in front of me, and they said her eye exam would take ten minutes and then I could go in to see Dr. Aucello. I sat and waited for 15 minutes, and when Dr. Aucello came out he took another patient. They told me I misunderstood that it would only be 10 minutes. When I raised my voice, they threatened to call the police. I have followed Dr. Aucello from his days at Lens Crafters, but I will never, ever go there again.

Dr Aucello takes his time to make sure you have a complete exam. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dr Aucello to anyone looking for a Optometrist.

I found Dr Aucello in my eye insurance directory. I had previously had my eyes checked by his wife who worked at another business where he also practiced. Dr Aucello was approachable and friendly. The exam was thorough and painless. The staff at the practice were professionals. I purchased glasses and am happy with my purchase. I will happily return for future business if my insurance is accepted.
