List of Richard Manganiello Md's Reviews
The service was okay when I went. I only chose them because they were listed in my insurance network. Now I'm having all types of billing issues and not able to get the bill rectified smh, I could of went somewhere else to avoid having to pay a bill.
CRAZINESS - Dr. Manganiello or Dr. M as I call him is THE BEST EYE DOCTOR IN THE UNIVERSE. HATERS - GO HATE ELSEWHERE. This man is an EXCELLENT physician. PAM and STEPHEN don't have a SHRED of his integrity. How sad that people try to debase someone and damage their livlihood. And he has four children I heard. SAD.
Dr. Manganiello is amazing. 10/10
Wow! I happened to be in the waiting room the same day two of these people were there - “Pam” and “Stephen” who were talking about how they were going to write a negative review. So I was curious and see their reviews. What is with some people? I have been a patient of Dr Manganiello for years and he, along with so many of our healthcare workers should be applauded. “Pam” was SO rude to one of the technicians for no reason. I know her from town. She’s shall we say a little strange. The other guy was mad they left him a voicemail and not told him in PERSON that they no longer took his insurance. But my real question is why they’d go OUT of their way to try and ruin a decent man’s reputation. I and thousands of other patients APPRECIATE this doctor and his staff. Geez. Pam and Stephen maybe get some meaning in your life and you both might not be SO angry and bitter. For everyone else, don’t listen to the haters in the world.
This place is a joke. The doctor is friendly enough but you can tell patients are just numbers to him. I hear him make the exact same canned remarks/small talk to other patients and he seems like he doesn’t really want to be there, like it’s just a job to him. The dr’s office doesn’t seem well run because I’m always seeing new faces, so something’s not right. But worst of all, the current staff & manager have been extremely rude and unprofessional so I’m taking my business elsewhere!
Extremely frustrated that after having an appt scheduled for an entire year, I showed up this morning only to find out they don't take my insurance anymore and they cancelled my appt without the common courtesy of calling or emailing me to let me know. Do I bill them for my time now the same way they would bill me if i didn't show up for an appt?
Very hard to get anything done through the reception desk. Irresponsive and very slow to respond to queries. Following up for a report for 2 months but no action taken so gave up. Worst medical practice.
Absolutely the best!! From Jackie in the office, to the techs, to Dr. Manganiello I felt in the best of hands, and very comfortable that my eyes are being given the best care. Professional office, efficient, clean, and everyone was very lovely. I'm so happy to have found this practice.
One of the best trained and compassionate doctors around. He should run for President of the United States lol
This office billed my insurance $ 50.00 for COVID cleaning services which was denied per Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in December of 2020. The office wrote off $46.50 and billed me $3.50. I called the office and spoke with Trina, she said if I didn't pay it, I am no longer welcome at their office! You just lost 3 patients! I called my insurance carrier and confirmed with them, I am only responsible for the co-pay. My insurance claim rep. called the office and told Trina, you can't do that! This is exactly why insurance is so expensive!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
