I had an appt. Friday, July 8 at 2:00 pm. When I got there, the office was closed. I called this morning to complain and the person I spoke to said I didn't have an appt. for that day. WHY WOULD I GO THERE IF I DIDN'T HAVE AN APPT.??? Very frustrating and disappointing.
