Doctors are great and very helpful, but good luck trying to get an appointment for a sick child. Wait times longer than 20 minutes! Also beware if you select option 1 that goes to central scheduling line who have no clue as to the urgency of the request to meet the doctor. They try to find you appointments that are an hour drive away.Previously when you called the practice it would go straight to the practice office who were always willing to work with you to get the child in - but with this centralised scheduling, efficiency and cost take out measures the patient experience is really bad now. Not sure if it is the Practice fault or just some corporate nonsense from Prohealth physicians overall - but if this persists we might be forced to search for some other practice.The staff at the practice are really good, but corporate pooling of appointments is just bad.

If you miss to pay a small balance even less than $100 because of mis-communication, They will mess your Credit. be careful. Its just a money making business.

We have been coming to this office for a long time now. The staff and both doctors are amazing. They treat my children great every time we are there. Please visit and check them out, they are totally worth the visit.

I see that the review that I have posted earlier was deleted , I visited Vandana sacheti as my Kid had soar throat , we were charged 250 USD, after insurance has paid some amount, we were asked to pay about 162 USD. I felt its not right to charge huge amount for little things, be very very careful when you are visiting this place.

My son is 18 and has been going to Dr, Sacheti since he was about 3 or 4. There is consistency in the office, the staff know my son, they are helpful and always able to provide satisfaction service. My son is healthy and up to date with everything, and we continue to be pleased with the service.

Doctor is excellent however the support staff is very unprofessional and unhelpful.

I know my title says it all but ever since we started bringing my 2 children to Dr. Sacheti and her daughter's practice it's been WONDERFUL. They are so caring and concerned with my children's needs and health. The office staff is excellent, making a same day appointment is very easy, doing that at my doctor's was unheard of. She follows up with you promptly and always seems know answer every question we can think of before we ask. My daughter got stitches in her chin one week and the doctor was on vacation, we had a follow up with the PA that was covering the next day and Dr. Sacheti came into the office while on vacation to see our daughter. That to me says how much she loves what she does and cares about what she does. Thank you Dr. Sacheti for being the most thoughtful, caring and wonderful doctor to my children that we could ask for.
