I highly recommend this urgent care facility. I arrived as a walkin and because I was bleeding they brought me right in skipping the checkin process in favor of tending to my wound. Also provided a tetanus shot right then and there. I also received detailed instructions on how to continue care of my wound. I was quite impressed with PA Ashley Corridori. She showed great confidence in her care and took time to generate the paperwork for my continued care.

This was our 1st visit to this clinic The check in process with Erika was quick efficient and professional. The physician was personable and knowledgeable. It was a positive experience from beginning to end.

Wish this place was closer to were I live. Very nice and clean. Staff in the back were amazing the front receptionist could have been friendlier and nicer. Nit what you should be waking into as your first impression. I love that they had a large monitor that gives you your wait time also like the rooms that you wait in so upto date clean nice. The dr and staff in the back were so nice and friendly and amazing wish it was down in newhaven County much nicer and friendlier then Yale

I normally don’t like going to the doctor when I’m sick but during these crazy times you can’t be too careful. So I decided to go to this walkin and thankfully they said they could see me and I was called in super quick considering most people were coming in with appointments. Some of the front desk staff aren’t the friendliest however I can understand how stressful their job must be. The APRN Jessica Martin was amazing. She took the time to listen to me and answer my questions and never made me feel like she was rushing to get me out. She took the time to figure out the issue. We ruled out covid first of course and then continued to do other tests until she could figure out the issue. She even followed up with me a few days later regarding test results. The patient portal is also very helpful and easy to use to get test results visit summaries communicate with providers etc. it’s super easy to make an appointment online and you can also just walkin if you don’t mind waiting a little while. The office is also very nice and clean. Overall I had a good experience and am very grateful for Jessica and her kindness. I would definitely recommend this urgent care for covid testing you get the results super fast and if you’re just not feeling well.

The whole network is TERRIBLE. Stay AWAY They are clearly more concerned about getting paid from insurance firms than health.An overzealous nurse at one the locations in Southington formerly Bradley violated my privacy and erroneously put something in my record that she had no right putting in there... because it was made up. Never told me she entered anything into my record. I also never gave permission to have my records be digital.This has caused TWO very inappropriate visits at this location when I tried to get a simple test for Covid. Instead of focusing on my need they kept grilling me about what this aforementioned overzealous nurse entered into my record. The way I was treated by the staff was appalling and unprofessional. The only good employee was the girl checking people in both times.

I was running late and when I called I was told I could still come to my appointment. The staff was amazing and very friendly. Had to wait a little longer but I was fine with that because I was late I would definitely recommend to friends and family. 5 stars for sure

I took my daughter here and the Doctor was so pleasant and really took her time with us. She was also very funny which made my daughter fill more comfortable. All the staff was excellent

If I could give zero stars I would. My son needed an RSV test because he was exposed at daycare and had symptoms. I called and specifically asked about RSV NOT covid testing. I never even mentioned covid. The employee I spoke with Lucy stated that yes they did have RSV testing and made me an appointment. I arrived and when I went to check in a different employee behind the desk said “oh he’s here for a covid test?” And I said no RSV. He was already covid tested and negative. And she said “ohhhh we don’t do those here.” Not a care at all that I dragged my son out for no reason because of their staff being uneducated. Not a single apology from the girl who messed up even though she was sitting right there.
