List of Manmeet Kaur's Reviews
Very thorough, personable.
It was my first time with Dr. Kaur. She made me feel very comfortable. She went over my complete history and recommended some changes to help with my A1C and my weight. I was very happy with her bedside manner and hope to continue to work with my her to better my health.
I experienced a MAJOR deficit in the process of checking in. I spent a great deal of time filling out my information ONLINE as part of the check-in/confirmation process the day prior to my appointment. I showed up early for my appointment, let them know I had checked in online, and waited about a half hour before being called in - only to find I had to fill out paper forms (most of which asked for the same information I had already provided). My doctor was obviously frustrated - so was I! Why the redundancy??? Doctor and staff were VERY informative and helpful. I regret this hiccup!
Dr Kaur is most pleasant. Spoke to me about my problem, and her ideas to resolve and how did “I” feel about that. Most importantly she allowed me to speak and voice my opinion and share in a conversation that was mutually about me, the patient. I would and have recommended her to someone.
Dr. Kaur is very knowledgeable and personable.
I have been seeing Dr. Kaur for a decade. She has always taken the time to answer my questions and concerns.
Dr. Kaur is an exceptional expert in endocrinology and is remarkably adept in teaching her patients about what she sees, the options they may have, as well as her recommendation. And, by this, she inspires great confidence in her patients about the care they are receiving.
Dr. Kaur, Alyssa Geeenleaf and the entire office staff are incredible. I’ve been going to this office for less than a year and ANY issues I have with pharmacies, questions about my treatment, appts etc, they are always available and are invested in my diabetes management which is better than it’s ever been! Thank you for letting me share how awesome they are!
Wonderful Doctor
To start when my doctor sent a referral to the Southington office it took over a month to find out why no one contacted me. So since I was on the second floor for physical therapy I walked up stairs to find out. I was told by the front person that a new office manager had started and she would check the status. She returned and said that the manager would be with me. The manager then explained that they needed more test to be completed before I could be seen in this specialty. (yet no one ever contact me or my primary care to let us know instead it sat on her desk for over a month)When I finally was able to make the appointment and meet with Dr Kaur she seemed very knowledgeable and willing to solve my perplexing health condition that my primary could not figure out in 2 years. I was hopeful to finally get answers, As I exited the room with Dr. Kaur I stood with her and the nurse at the desk and she specifically explained to her to get detailed instructions for the lab work she wanted to complete an with medications went with those lad slips. I didn't check the paperwork handed to me since all three of us were present during this talk. However to my surprise at the end of the week after filling the scripts. I reviewed the lab orders and there was no directions. I called the office (which you can never reach a live person.. very frustrating. and left a message on the clinical line) 3 days later still no response I call again left a second message on the general voice mail. still no call. Another week went by and I called again waited still no return call. I finally called the Glastonbury CT office and got a live person I asked to speak with that office manager. The lady who answered I believe her name is Diane, listen to my frustration and spoke with the office manager in Glastonbury but no one would give me a direct number to the manager of the Southington office. I explained in detail the amount of time spent and messages left without a return call. Diane assured me that she would call and speak with them and I would receive a call. Still no call...Funny I get a call 2 days before my follow up. to which I asked the girl what would I be following up? No one returned my calls yet in the epic my chart system it stated they did??? I don't delete my call log or messages(messages when full I delete) and most defiantly did not get any return calls. I explained that the follow up would be to discus lab which were never taken, I also said I planed on not showing for the appointment and being as dis-curious as they were to me. This office is uncaring, unethical by putting things in the epic system that they didn't follow through on. I feel sorry for the current patients because the doctor seemed like someone I would want on my care team, however If I can't reach the person caring for me there is no point with staying with the practice. This is the second bad experience with the Hartford Healthycare system and sadly going forward I will avoid any doctors that are affiliated with your health care system. Dr. Ward in cardiology was also a bad experience and his staff was just as bad too.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
