List of Terry Eccles Md's Reviews
Dr. Ramos caught a rare disease that all other drs and nurses somehow missed 2 days after my daughter was born. If it was not caught by her in this time frame it could have easily been life threatening had we taken her home and missed it. I will forever be grateful to her and the amazing care she now gives to not only my first daughter, but my other two children now as well!
I love going to this office with my little ones. Dr. Ramos take wonderful care of both of my kids. Everytime I have an issue with one of my sons I can call and get a great advice with how I can assist my kids and their issues such as a rash, fever, etc. Antonia has been great too. If I’m not speaking directly to Dr. Ramos I’m speaking with her and she always takes her time to help me with my sons. Thank you!
Dr. Eccles has been our family pediatrician for about 20 years. We love her and how personable and caring she is with our children. I will never leave this office.
Very sad how it was handled when Emily left the practice. To let families know when the office was on vacation was extremely unprofessional.
We love the Treehouse and Dr. Eccles. We had previously been patients of her nurse practitioner, Emily, before she left in August. We were fortunate to have been kept on as patients of Dr. Eccles. We have a lot (more than average) of kids and homeschool, so I’m often taking in all of them at once—it’s a little bit of a zoo at times but her staff doesn’t seem to mind. She really takes her time with you and gets to know your kids. I love that she seems to empower parents to parent but supports them on that path as their medical partner. 5 STARS ⭐️
We love our kids doctor. She is always there when we call and makes time for us when we need her no matter what. She is caring and actually listens to us as parents.
Dr. Eccles has been a god-send for us. We love her practice. She takes her time with patients and often talks with the kids more than the parent. 5 stars
Dr. Emily was my child's pediatrician. Unfortunately, I had to move out of this place few months ago and I still keep talking about how wonderful she was. I always refer her to friends who live in CT. I am still not able to find the right pediatrician for my baby in the new place since she had set that bar so high :-) The office, staff, doctor..I just loved everything about treehouse center and would recommend to any one that is looking for a thorough, patient and a friendly pediatrician.
Emily was great and the only reason we went here...but then she abruptly left and a bad office staff and management somehow got worse! We have been seeing Emily since 2015, and it has been years of being told we would get a callback asap and waiting days (often having to call again ourselves to no apology), being told by desk staff to come in to be seen when Emily has then said, "why did they tell you to come in...we could have done this over the phone?" (and at the time we lived 25 minutes away AND then had a copay for nothing), misunderstanding what was needed for a physical when we showed up for an appointment and sending us home to only make us come back later because "oops," and the list goes on. To make matters worse, we received a letter mid-August stating that Emily was leaving and that all of our appointments had been canceled and to find a new doctor. THEN they went on vacation for a week while we scrambled to find a new doctor right before school starts, and we left a message with an answering service (because we needed to transfer medical records), and after once again not getting our called returned, we had to call about this request. They were short, rude, and snotty about it saying "we have 30 days" and not much else. Well, at least you have time and care so much about your patients who have been seeing you for years, right? Well, I'm happy to leave and have absolutely zero things left to recommend about this practice. Find somewhere else unless you like unnecessary trips, poor management, and disorganization. It sounds like this office was good in the past, which is a real shame, but there are many better options out there.
I've never experienced an office that's run so poorly. For having nearly 4 or 5 behind the front desk, rarely are bills sorted properly, referrals sent promptly, appointment reminders given adequately or prescriptions sent correctly. Dr. Eccles used to be a fantastic pediatrician but it's evident that her hopes were to grow her practice into something greater and failed. The first doctor she attempted to hire argued about my daughters diagnosis. He wound up misdiagnosing her when a test i fought for her to receive came back as I suspected. He didn't last long at the practice. The second doctor stayed for maybe 2 years then left - I assume it's because dr. Eccles was the more desired doctor. When she left, Dr. Eccles chose families to simply be ousted from the practice (I'm hearing stories around town that it was large families with lots of children). She gave no back up doctor to see - and it's right before school! I had required school physicals that my kids had on schedule and she just canceled them all. She went on vacation the week she sent out the letters telling parents she's done with us. She's been a trusted practician for 8 or 9 years. She's been in my house... at my kids birth. Etc. Etc.... then, she just dumped us. If you want to take that chance with this person, by all means. But I've never felt more betrayed and let down than I have with this doctor and those who she hires.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
