Charles Rouse's Online Review Report Card

This is the worst place to go for care. They will not take a doctors order for a test unless you go in and see them. All they care about is money. No sense of customer service. When I asked questions, office coordinator wouldn't speak to me. Just played a game of telephone with messages passing back and forth. Go somewhere else that cares about patients.

I started seeing Dr Rouse at about 20 years old. I had many symptoms and issues and was previously misdiagnosed. He always listen and ask many questions to get the most information he can. He has helped me so much in the past to improve my health. They have hired nurse practitioners, which is kind of a let down. I have not seen him in over a year, only the practitioner. When i ask for a appt with him it takes around 8 months to be seen by him and last time they had to reschedule me with a nurse. Some of his staff is great, others seem to be rude like its a burden on them to do their job and interact with me. Dr Rouse is compassionate and extremely smart, when you are able to see him you feel at ease like he will take care of you.

Dr. Rouse was my Father's cardiologist and now my Mother's. After 23+ years experience with cardiologists in several locales, without a doubt we think Dr. Rouse is top notch! As the complete package, he is extremely knowledgable, competent, thorough, informative, patient and genuinely kind! He delivers hard news with compassion and good news with a big smile! He found Mother's blockage in her main artery, immediately called Dr. Arant and within 30-45 minutes he had successfully stinted the artery. We are less than 24 hours later and Mother already holds out better when she walks the hospital halls. We are so blessed to have Dr. Rouse and the team working at Tanner Cardiac Care in Carrollton, GA! Our gratitude is heartfelt for the care Dr. Rouse has given for "Mother's heart". I had an urgent cardiac episode and Dr. Rouse met me at Tanner Medical Center. Words cannot describe how helpful he was and how calming his demeanor was. He checked on me several times during my hospital stay and kept me up-to-date on my condition and his plan of action. I would highly recommend Dr. Rouse to anyone looking for a cardiologist.

I was very impressed with the doctors and the answers I was given. My only complaint is the wait time. I waited at least an hour and a half everytime I went.

Very knowledgeable cardiac doctor my only critism would be his lack of explaining to his patient what the options are available.

dr.rouse is very knowledgeable in cardiac care. he works long hours and will go above and beyond the call of duty for his patients!
