My experience with Veena Zikh was disturbing, unprofessional, and stressful. I chose her out of the list of practitioners, hoping for an answer or at least a course of treatment to help with eczema. She was unapologetically late to appointments, rushed through the allotted time slot, did not leave notes in the portal after visits, and was robotic each time I dealt with her. She ordered expensive tests before going through a more reasonable elimination process. It's true that I agreed to the testing but the patient is leaning on the advice or guidance of the doctor. There was not an ounce of compassion or true concern for your condition so there was an awkwardness in asking too many questions. On a separate note, I ultimately learned through a different practitioner that I could attempt to get reimbursed by my insurance for out-of-network treatment so I reached out to the center and was told by the office that I could not receive a "superbill" which has diagnostic codes. This was not entirely accurate. What I went through at this point is outrageous. I wrote the founder of the the center, who initially didn't respond. When he finally responded I worked with office staff who were much more professional and helped to get the information I needed. The situation literally went on for months, however, as Veena was unresponsive in getting the staff the needed information. I did end up going elsewhere for treatment with someone also local to Stamford who is the exact opposite - friendly, kind, communicative, extremely knowledgeable, and goes OVER the time limit if need be for a complete consultation. She even asked if she had answered all of my questions and concerns. Imagine that!

We have had a terrific experience with Dr. Veena. I took my son there, he became terribly sick. She ran a battery of extensive tests to determine that he had a bad case of Lymes. She is patient, caring, knowledgeable and has helped him through this difficult time and he is almost fully healed. I highly recommend her to anyone!! Dr. Kachko is an exceptional. His holistic approach, personalized care, and commitment to addressing root causes sets him apart. I've seen significant improvements in my health under his care and guidance. Highly recommended!

Dr. Kachko is fantastic!

I highly recommend Dr. Kachko. I went to his office after experiencing severe digestive issues and was impressed at how much he got to know me as a whole person before determining the right course of treatment. He is kind and intentional in his approach. There is not a "one size fits all" model at this office. In addition to our consults and check-ins, I also did some therapy work (Somatic therapy & ART) with Dr.Kachko which helped significantly in working through recent traumas. I know it can be difficult to bite the bullet when working with an out-of-pocket office, but I felt like Dr. K was mindful of this when developing our plan. He was intentional in his approach and was careful to only recommend what he felt was necessary at the time. You know how you just have a gut feeling about people?.... I felt pretty quickly that Dr.K was someone I could trust on my healing journey.

Dr Kachko helped me immensely with several problems. The main one he assisted with was my panic attacks and anxiety. He also assisted with the balancing of my hormones and PCOS. He was very kind and attentive, while I did go on supplements, he was not keen on me taking a lot, which was refreshing in the Naturopathic world. His staff was extremely attentive, and I loved the use of their portal. He also recommended tests that were not as readily available at my standard MD, which proved to be vital in diagnosing things. I would highly recommend him and his team to take the best care of you :)

Dr. Kachko is kind, knowledgeable, organized, collaborative, thorough and patient-focused. First doctor I've seen in 30 years who didn't treat me as the inconvenient packaging around whatever organ they studied in school. I'm in great hands, at last.

In a few short weeks, under the care of Dr Kachko, I am experiencing positive changes in my health. Through several small changes and the use of therapeutic modalities, the knots are loosening one at a time. Dr Kachko approaches healthcare in a manner I heve never experienced. I am grateful to have found the right Doctor for me. Looking forward to what is in store on my road to wellness.

I am sooo thankful i found Dr Kachko! Finally i have found a Doctor that will listen to me and help me understand the root cause of why I have not been getting better, after years in the traditional medical practice seeing MD's. Dr Kachko takes the time to do a full comprehensive examination, understand and listen to your health concerns. He is able to order functional testing that you are not always able to get in a regular MD's office which is amazing because it helps you see a bigger picture with regards to your health. I am starting to finally feel better and really I have to thank Dr Kachko for the time he has spent with me and working in my healing journey! I am so impressed with Dr. Kachko! He takes time and listens and has been a great help to me....we have a treatment plan and I feel like we are making good progress towards the goals I wanted to achieve!
