The staff really invest in you and believe in you. They want what’s best for you and want to help you however, you have to cooperate. a couple staff were not the nicest. But otherwise really amazing. Nice therapist and manager

this place is absolutely terrible and a lot of the staff are very detrimental to treatment.

They refused to take my son to the doctor and left him in pain for several days. The director said his only choices were the hospital or no doctor, he lasted a few days until he was crying from the pain in his ears. The therapist said it was anxiety and refused to acknowledge it. When they finally took him to the er he had a double ear infection that had gotten so bad his eardrum ruptured.

The staff were amazing. Also the boss and manger tried to help out the kids but they were to busy doing other things.

Obviously my daughter has issues or I wouldn't be typing this however not only did they not help her they made her worse after soaking the insurance company for 7 weeks Emma her counselor isn't qualified to work at McDonald's she won't address any issues and any questions I had she had to ask her supervisor in the end they called to have an ambulance take her to the emergency room because she was suicidal If you care about your child's mental health do not send them to Discovery My insurance company currently has an open case against them because of their incompetence

When I went to the Discovery in Stamford the staff were nice because they cared about the kids do and done to the place and their self. They cared about when a kid went outside without asking a staff because the kid need some space but they couldn't be out of sight because it is danger for the kid and for the staff. The staff have change in the pass couple months that I went to the place. There is this one staff name Samantha Basilone that was really nice to the kids because she cared about her job and she cared about the kids. She was a really nice staff member because she always checked on the kids when they were sad or in a bad mood because of somethings that went on in their family meet or at the place. She knew this one kids that had some hard time with other people and new staff member and she was on his side and she helped him every day and every night. He got better over time because of the staff member Samantha Basilone because she build his trust because his was scared that the staff member were going to leave because of what he did at the house.

the sequin pillows were very itchy and there weren't always enough first aid kit things to prevent infections 🙃 but i love the learnwell teachers and the hamsters and autumn 🍂❣️
