I found dissatifaction at front desk first. Saying two tests, one a $65.00 fee other 75.00 fee. I refused the two costly tests!!!!! I came for a simple eye exam, an knew that I would have a $45.00 co-,pay. Dr. Densel, I told her I was told that I have cataracs, ( she confirmed such) stated I use reading glasses for computer, an close up, no other issue. Asked her is this an emergency, she said no. She went on to offer her team. member, A surgeon. I didn't make an appointment. She seemed too anxious to push for surgery!!!!! Milking my United Healthcare Ins. Also, place was jammed packed, long wait. I had a second opinion, an he said, Surgery is recommended when vision interferes with daily activities. Of course, I will keep notice, if any change takes place, I care about my eyesight!!!!!!

Kept waiting for an hour - wanted to have my eyes dilated but was talked out of it. It was clear she did not wat to take the time. I found her to be rude as far as I was concerned. She didn't seem to care about my questions - just gave me the prescription for new glasses. Suggestd I buy them there. I didn't.
