List of Dr. Yuting X. Xiong's Reviews
He demands more and more money every visit. If he knows you have it he will over charge you. Beware
Dr. Xiong is caring and attentive and thorough. He has answered all of my questions patiently and has been as conservative in recommending treatments as I have been comfortable with. Every patient needs to advocate for themselves whenever and however possible. The other reviews here which are negative feel more than a little unbalanced and arbitrary. Every doctor I've ever been to has either made me wait or has said or done things that are opaque, impatient, or even seem questionable. You have to be understanding that it's a challenging profession in a capitalist landscape—and that you have form a relationship which is balanced and in which you are in control of your life to whatever extent possible.
Most terrible experience I have ever had. His mother or wife -- don't know which will ruin this doctor's reputation. She is degrading and kicks people out of the office when they request their records. I am a teacher if I ever treated a parent or student like that I would be fired. This woman is working with patients and treats them like garbage. I will never go again and I will make sure I tell every teacher or person who asks not to go. No one deservesw treatment like that.
This office is run by his wife. I never met such a mean and unprofessional woman. She's a dictator/ As long as she is there, Dr. Xiong has no chance. I hope he's nothing like her because if he is he will have very few patients if any. I never had a chance to see him. I was asked to leave because I wanted a copy of my records. I was a new patient and my records were transferred. If it didn't happen to me I would never believe it. He is a doctor ---he hasn't learned about HIPPA. My husband and family members which consist of lawyers, FBI, and police officers were irate when I told them. Who does that? Why would any doctor give a person -- wife, mother, child--power to abuse patients. I am a teacher.I never write reviews so for me to write this was for only one reason to protest someone else from being treated badly. Patients have medical concerns they need to be treated with compassion. What doctor allows this?
Terrible office staff
The worst experience I have ever had in my life. The secretary reprimanded me for sitting in the waiting room. She said I need to go in her office and do the paper work. I never go to someone's personal office without them calling me. I was a new patient. She asked for my ID and health card. I took. them out and them asked nicely if I could have a copy of my paperwork that was send to them. She said no I need call them for a copy. The copy they have is for them only. I told her the law requires that i am entitled to me records she absolutely refused. I told her I would speak to the doctor and she said she's in charge - she's the manager and she said she would walk me out. I would not be able to see the doctor. I told her she does not need to walk me out I can find the elevator myself. I told her she was rude and disrespectful -- she said she wasn't. The woman had also rudely put me on hold the previous week. No patient or person be treated like trash. And why does she have that power. Is she the mother of the doctor? Even so it is bad practice. Thank goodness I did leave. No one deserves to be mistreated. I would not recommend this doctor. Stay away

Absolutely horrible doctor. He treats his patient's like drug seekers. Instead of effectively treating pain and investigating causes of said pain, he decreases pain medications in elderly patient with well documented pain. He ignored my mother's constant report of increased pain and as a result she needs emergency surgery and may end up paralyzed. If he ordered an mri sooner, instead of taking away all of her pain medication and offered her shots which worsened ber condition, she would have a better prognosis.
Amazing doctor!. In one session my acute shoulder pain was cured! So kind and caring.
I have been a Patient of Dr. Xiong for many years- He is an amazing Dr.!!! He is a caring person And he understands the difficulties people in Chronic Pain face on a daily basis. His office support staff are always friendly and very professional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
