I decided to get Cool Sculpting done at the Stamford Connecticut location. Im glad I did my results were amazing.. The staff at the location were excellent and extremely friendly. Especially the manager Rose. She explained to me the benefits and possible results from the treatment. Im very satisfied with my 1st treatment and looking forward to my second visit. Thank you Rose and to the staff for such a great experience

It is costly. Ive dealt with a nasty secretary last year appointments are hard to get and I paid for 10 lazor sessions and the secretary told me today that because my contract expures I wont be able to get all 10. I told her the covid started shortly after I purchased my contract and ideal image was closed. She didnt seem to understand. I am going to contact a lawyer about this. This is at the Stamford location.

I was nervous my first time. Philomena was so knowledgeable with every single question concern. Other things I had going on. Rescheduling my filler because of my dental appointment. I had a amazing experience and she was gentle I felt nothing. I cant wait to get my lips done. Also too see my before and afters.

I had a bad experience with coolsculpting and rose reached out to me to what could be done. That was good customer service. Im scheduled for a follow in 3 weeks hence the 4 stars. I will rewrite the review then.

I went there for cool sculpting And was told to wait for the results expecting results. I wasted over $4000 now down the drain I see no results. This was an complete waste of money and money. I called to ask if theres anything that can be done about this and they told me no. So if youre thinking more cool sculpting RUNAWAY as fast as you can its just a gimmick a marketing gimme to drain your money

I recently had treatment at the Stamford CT location. Rose the Site Manager was very professional knowledgeable and kind. She made me feel at ease and the service was excellent Ill absolutely return for additional services and refer people to this location.
