After months of spasms in my left leg, following a small stroke, it was truly a quality of life changing experience to have Acupuncture with Dr Sarah! The health history she required to begin treating me was unlike I received from some specialist over the course of the past months. The terrible spasms are gone, with advice on interventions I can use going forward have been helpful as well. She recommended a “ Theraputic massage as well and “Hallie” gave me a massage with attention to my left leg. I cannot fully describe the positive benefits from this talented young woman. Other than to say she “tops the charts” on any beneficial massage I have had elsewhere over the years. The calm, professional, caring meliu created at”Indigo Wellness” was a real find for me in addressing the issues I have faced. I highly recommend Indigo Wellness!

I had an amazing experience with Sharon. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and makes you feel at ease right away. The treatments were not only effective but also very relaxing, and she took the time to really listen and tailor the sessions to my needs.

I've had several facials over the years, but this was by far the best one l've ever received. From the very beginning, she took the time to ask about my skin and really listened, which meant she could fully customize the facial to what I needed (I have dry skin, so that was huge for me!). The entire experience was incredibly relaxing-she has such a calming and professional presence. I also noticed how much care she put into cleanliness, which made me feel very comfortable. On top of that, she gave me excellent skincare advice that I've already started using at home. I can't wait to go back!

After my 1st acupuncture session at Indigo Wellness, I noticed an immediate improvement in my digestion, mood, and a significant decrease in muscle tension. Their Functional Medicine provider gave me the holistic approach that I needed, and helped me sleep better, eat better, and incorporate stress reduction tactics I can use on a daily basis. Their Practitioners are attentive, caring, and gave me sound advice. I highly recommend Indigo Wellness Group!

I have been a patient for a while, mostly for acupuncture, but I have done various other services over the years. I’ve struggled with repetitive use injuries and it’s been the most effective treatment! But I go to them for all of my ailments that I know I’ll just get a run around from a regular doctor. The care that I have received over the years from all of the staff at Indigo has been wonderful. They are all always attentive, personable, and supportive. I always feel better after going. I highly recommend Indigo!

Sarah was incredible and I experienced one of the best acupuncture sessions that I’ve ever had. I released so many blockages that felt stored up for quite some time. Can’t wait to go back!!

Another excellent acupuncture session today. I started out feeling out of sorts and 45 minutes later I felt like a million dollars. It is my weekly treat to myself.

I cannot explain how blissful a facial with Kelly is. It not only leaves my skin radiant, soft, and hydrated, but it leaves my senses calm and relaxed. It truly is therapeutic to be in Kelly's capable hands.

booked an appointment for my gf at 1:45pm today. She came late by 20mn due to taxi mistake and got there at 2:05pm. DOOR CLOSED!!!! NO ONE THERE! Calling... no answer... voicemail... This is unacceptable and im looking forward to meet the management team when they are back from their vacation.
