Absolutely exceptional doctor. Highly recommend
While Dr. Koffler is a wonderful and caring person, alot has to be desired about him. As another reviewer mentioned, constant interruptions during a session can be disastrous for those who are in the middle of speaking or explaining how they feel or worse, working through some sort traumatizing issue. Dr Koffler always picks up his cell phone or office phone when someone calls which can be good if you are the person calling on the phone and need to speak with him, but horrible if you are the patient in the office. Another dislike is that he is always running late. I have never had an appointment of his which was on time. Most of the time he runs 20-40 minutes late! When Dr. Koffler is paying attention, focused, and not interrupted he has a great deal of insight. However, this is far and few between. Again, Dr. Koffler is a VERY caring person and when there is a crisis he is there for the patient without hesitation.
He is not a good doctor for someone who has difficulty with constant interruptions during sessions, with other patients on phone calls, very unfocused at times, expects patient to fully abide by all his constant schedule changes. If you are diagnosed bipolar/anxiety you will feel worse when you leave

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
