Horrible customer service I left the practice with her she didn’t care about my health her staff was rude as hell she doesn’t listen so yet another doctor who failed her staff is very rude and unprofessional they don’t care dr they don’t help with anything if your not a certain size or demographic forget about it they treat u like your worthless I warn anyone stay away

Dr. Bal is an excellent doctor!! She is very knowledgeable, caring and explains everything so you clearly understand it. We moved to Stamford almost two years ago and the whole family is now seeing her including my 14 year old daughter. I truly highly recommend her! I usually do not recommend doctors as I believe it is something personal but Dr. Bal is the exception! Thank you Dr. Bal ❤️

Very unprofessional and irresponsible didn’t show up for the appointment inspite of confirming it at 9 am for a appointment of 10:30 and the Tully reception was extremely rude not apologetic abt the cancellation

Lidya is the best doctor I have ever met in my life....she is so caring, and truly gets to know her patients. I feel cared about and at home when I come to see her, and I no longer am afraid to go to the doctor when I feel unwell which is something I have battled for many years. So thankful for her.
