This is not a review of Dr. Edelman but his unprofessional incompetent staff. Had an appointment for Tuesday 03/15/2022 at 3:45 which was made 2 weeks prior, after multiple emails & text messages confirming my appointment. The day of my appointment at 10:11 am I get an email; & text stating that my appointment id at 2:15 pm not at 3:45 pm, I call to ask what happened. I was told that there was some sort of mistake and she can still fit me in at 3:45, 10 minutes later Dr office calls back and says that the appointment was at 2:15 and that is when the appointment was made for and that I was called on 03/11/2022 to confirm. Dr Edelmans staff is not only incompetent but they also are Liars...

Dr Mark Edelman was absolutely wonderful , he explained my ultra sound results very thoroughly and was very professional as was the Ultra Sound Tech ( I don’t remember her name but she was extremely nice , professional and so thorough to make sure she didn’t miss anything ), and the rest of the office staff in the Norwalk office were so friendly and greeted me as if they knew me ! I will definitely go back and highly recommend this office.
