Optimus Fairgate's Online Review Report Card

Quiero poner una queja de una señora colombiana. Que trabaja. En el tercer piso. 1351  Washington boulevard. Óptimos health stanfor. Ella trabaja poniendo citas. Y pidiendo los seguros a las personas. Esta señora es muy mala. Inhumana. Racista no tiene corazón. Abusiva y es de otro país colombiana. EmigranteIgual  al igual que todos. Ella me negó una cita médica. No  quiso darme atención con el  doctor. Pienso que la la salud y la atención médica  no se puede negar en un ningún lugar. Pediría a los supervisores que pongan personas con mejor capacidad. Y mejor atención al cliente. Ya que la señora es una persona muy inepta para este puesto. No tiene capacidad para  trabajar ahí.

Terrible service. They are rude, don't care how long you wait, ask for an appointment now you won't get one until next year.

The worse wait ever I came in for small issues waited for almost two hours in a room 😡

Shame on Optimus Dental. On sept. 4th, a day before my 2 children's six month cleanings, I was told that  back in May, Aetna Insurance would no longer be accepted. My appointments were cancelled. When asked why I was not notified earlier there was nothing. Total silence, no apology, no empathy , Optimus could care less about my children.   I reached out twice to the corporate office but they did not have the courtesy or the respect to call me back.

This has to be the worst healthcare institution in the nation! I'm not even gonna waste my time here explaining why, but let's just say that I truly hope what Uber did to the taxi industry, a ccompany or start-up can come out and revolutionize the healthcare industry the same way. You don't call a patient two months later to ask how did an appointment go two months prior. Then, offer no results, claiming the Specialist never sent the results of the examination. YOU HAD 2 MONTHS!!!! GET YOUR SH*T TOGETHER!!!!!!!! YOU SUCK!!!!!!

Probably the worst place to go for anything. The nurses are always clueless as to what to do, they dont care about other people urgency. they do things in their own time. I have to wait week and a half for a phone call that i didn't even get. Instead i had to call them. Try your best to avoid this place. I f you want to get things done. NOT THE PLACE TO GO! (Also on the website it says they are open till 5pm on Fridays. However, they close by 4pm on Fridays) these guys lock their doors way before they are suppose to be, and deny any people that need service at the last min.

The facility is great and offer a wide variety of services (primarily medical). However, wait times for appointments are insane. I had minor dental work done here (cleaning, x-rays) and it was 3 months after I set up the appointment. Unless you're not in a rush try elsewhere first.

My experience has been absolutely abmissal. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. I saw Dr. Ramirez on Friday, Sep 7th to establish care and told him I was out of my anti-depressant and needed a refill immediately (the other 2 maintenance meds I have but those haven't been sent either). He stated this wasn't an issue & would refill them. I told him, the nurse, & the front desk people that this would need to be sent to Express Scripts. Nobody asked anything else about it & I asked the front desk before I left "is he processing my medication?" & was told he was. I have now called twice & I have yet to have a refill processed for my Zoloft/Sertraline & it's Friday, Sept 14. I'm already feeling the effects of not having my medication with huge bouts of rage & creeping sadness. I felt during the entire appointment that I was not being listened to (I scored quite high on the depression survey but he didn't even talk to me about it). I was also interrupted several times as I was speaking & felt that he was much more interested in talking about himself, his philosophy on life, & his 5k he was going to run. Now I know I wasn't listened to & I'll have to wait the entire weekend to talk to some incompetent person who answers the phone & then argues with me that the Pharmacy needs to call & ask for a refill. No, they don't. This is a new doctor for me & I need to get the script or have it called into Express Scripts in order to get it filled. I will be speaking to a manager the next time I call in & I'm going to warn other people to stay away from this clinic.
