Optimus On The Boulevard's Online Review Report Card

The higienist they have doesn't know how to clean teeth, my husband got cleaned and she hurt him real bad. He got a bad infection. Today I got my cleaning and she made a horrible gap in my lower front teeth. She over polish it and she keep on hurting my gums to a point where I screamed. Now I'm getting so much pain and I'm getting tiny balls in my gums from where she was pinching them with the tool. She shouldn't be doing her job is she hates it. Screwing patients teeth is not nice. My dentist told me I had nice teeth and all I needed was a little cleaning and this girl told me I had so much build up they had to remove my wisdom tooth. She's crazy. I'm switching to another clinic and I'd they mess me up again I'm going to a private doctor.

Poor representatives, unprofessional and misleading

My only complain is with whoever Jennifer is. Jennifer needs a customer service course if you want to keep her working there. She is VERY rude and has a horrible attitude.

I’m still waiting on the phone

3 weeks ago (Sept. 23) I called them to schedule an appointment with a therapist. They told me they'd call me back within 3 days to register me and get the process rolling. A week later (Sept. 30), when I hadn't heard anything, I called back to see how the process was going and apparently their person responsible was out of office, so they told me to expect a call at the beginning of the following week. So, I call again on that Tuesday (Oct. 5) pretty overwhelmed because I'd really like to start seeing someone, and the receptionist said it'll probably be at the beginning of the next week that I get a call. Well, that's come and gone. I'll update this review if I ever get a call from them, but I feel others should know this might happen.I'm giving this a 2 because the receptionists were kind enough.

Quiero poner una queja de una señora colombiana. Que trabaja. En el tercer piso. 1351  Washington boulevard. Óptimos health stanfor. Ella trabaja poniendo citas. Y pidiendo los seguros a las personas. Esta señora es muy mala. Inhumana. Racista no tiene corazón. Abusiva y es de otro país colombiana. EmigranteIgual  al igual que todos. Ella me negó una cita médica. No  quiso darme atención con el  doctor. Pienso que la la salud y la atención médica  no se puede negar en un ningún lugar. Pediría a los supervisores que pongan personas con mejor capacidad. Y mejor atención al cliente. Ya que la señora es una persona muy inepta para este puesto. No tiene capacidad para  trabajar ahí.

Idk whats with all the horrible reviews here ,but hopefully they're not for the Dental Office where everyone was really awesome. Dr. Isaacson was really kind and funny (it's nice to see a fellow space geek who finds the intersecting of Venus and Jupiter interesting, I mean it only happens every 800 years or so). Also made sure all my mouth worries were taken fully care of. Highly recommend

This place is actually awesome. I don't know why that rating on google is so low. I get care upstairs and downstairs and i've had blood work done here a number of times as well. I've been a patient for years.

My experience here is awful every time. They have the worst customer service. Everyone working here just wants to make the patient's life harder than it needs to be.

Terrible service. They are rude, don't care how long you wait, ask for an appointment now you won't get one until next year.
