The doctor is undoubtedly good, but I literally was shocked looking at the bill that came in the mail. It was a normal doctor office visit for my child and we spent less than 15 mins in the doctors room (entire appointment was little over an hour due to the paperwork and the time we had to wait in the room before doctor arrived). This practice billed $770 for that appointment and indicated to the insurance that the appointment was for hour long, which is totally untrue. I had called the insurance company and they said they can’t do anything about it. I started getting calls from Columbia billing but they wouldn’t help or clarify anything and they are there just to collect money. They referred me to the doctors office and they’d refer me back to their billing team, making me go in circles. Truly frustrating and horrible experience. I will never come back to you guys and I know it doesn’t matter for you, but at least this feedback will help others.

My daughter has severe GI pain to the point where she throws up and passes out. Dr. Liam an tested her for celiac disease and nothing else. She was really dismissive of my 13 year old daughter. She really made us both feel like it was all in her head. We ended up seeing Dr. Mark Glassman in Norwalk, CT. He was really thorough and had a great bedside manner with my daughter. She’s being treated by him and is now on medication to manage her condition. I would not recommend Dr. Liam to anyone, ever.

We traveled out of state to have our daughter be treated by Dr. Lusman. She provided a level of care that greatly surpassed other providers in our area. Dr. Lusman is knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, caring, and professional. She communicated with us regularly, even getting back to me once on a late Friday night to answer a question so that I would not worry over the weekend. She is the epitome of excellence in her profession.
