Dr.Death junior. Be warned nobody comes out doing well after seeing Dr.Death junior. He ruined my dads life cut his kidney and didn’t put it in the medical report. He’s a diabetic and lost his kidney due to his gross negligence. But don’t worry he works with every law firm in that state so good luck being helped when he kills or paralyzes your family member. STAY AWAY he is pure evil incarnate.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. McAnany. When I first went into see him I was in constant pain. My once active lifestyle had completely changed. I had been to several other doctors before him but nobody showed me the care and respect that Dr. McAnany did on that first visit. When he said he'd get me back to myself I 100 percent knew he would. And he was right. A year after undergoing ALIF spinal fusion I feel like my old self. The constant back pain is gone. I can do basically anything. My only regret is not seeing him sooner. I can't believe the difference in my quality of life. I am so incredibly grateful to Dr. McAnany and his entire team. They're the best!

I had a L5 S1 spinal fusion to correct a severe sciatica and spondylosis problem. I totally recovered after Dr. McAnany surgery. I am back skiing, Playing golf and living a very active life. Thank You Thank You to Dr. McAnany and the HSS team.

This message board isn't even close to being big enough to say all the good things I want to say not only about Dr. McAnany but about his whole entire staff. I was in so much pain with my back and my neck and he and his team walked me through every step they were going to take during surgery. They were unbelievably professional, thorough, and responsive to all my needs and questions I had before and after surgery. Dr. McAnany came recommended through a friend of mine and I am so thankful I picked up the phone that day and made my appointment. I had exhausted every other option I possibly could so he was seriously my last resort. I am a brand new person and never happier. I have recommended Dr. McAnany to several of my friends and acquaintances that are also struggling with neck and back issues for a few reasons but the main one being that HE TRULY IS THE BEST THERE IS at what he does. Thank you Dr. McAnany from the bottom of my heart.....you have changed my life for the better.

I have seen Dr. McAnany on two separate occasions for significant spine in my neck and back. On both occasions he accurately diagnosed the issues and tried several different non surgical modalities to try to eliminate the problems. Only as a last resort did he propose surgical intervention. On both occasions, surgery eliminated the disruptive pain I was experiencing. His staff was a pleasure to deal with . I would highly recommend Dr. McAnany to both diagnose and treat spinal disfunction.

As someone with lifelong back issues, I have dealt with alot of different surgeons and hospitals in search of better health. Dr. McAnany was the first and only doctor that took the time to explain my condition, my immediate options and how my recovery and body would feel after surgery. I had an ALIF surgery(lower spinal fusion) performed in January of 2020 followed by ACDF surgery( neck fusion) in July of 2020. Everything Dr. McAnany told me would happen in my recovery was 100% accurate. It is 2 years later, and my back and neck are immensely better than they were 2 plus years ago. I am forever grateful for Dr. McAnany giving me my life back and ensuring a far better quality of life. Could not possibly ask for a better doctor.

I’ve worked in NYC healthcare for 3 decades, and know the value of great care. Dr McAnany was recommended to me by a surgeon I completely trust, for a cervical spine issue. Unfortunately it required surgery. He, his PA Brooke, and staff are fantastic!…. from that first call, through all follow up visits. 2 years go by, and I end up needing a lower spine surgery….right back to that same fantastic care. I am so thankful to have had these talented wonderful people available to help me.

One of the most professional and personable doctors I’ve dealt with. After numerous years of back pain Dr. McAnany fully relieved me of all of my symptoms and I am back to my normal everyday life. From beginning to end a great experience and would recommend him and his office to anyone.
