Incompetent staff, was in severe pain reading NY insurance information to them and they hung up several times out of impatience. Wouldn't recommend anyone go here. Unbelievable for a health care institution.

Dr. Nero is extremely knowledgeable about Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection, an event that occurs primarily to women. He follows the research closely, and I trust him completely. My SCAD was 19 years ago. It was my lucky day when I found Dr. Nero 2 years ago.

When a Cardiac Doctor literally holds your life in his hands he has to have earned your ultimate trust. He has saved my husband's life more than once and kept him alive years beyond what his diagnosis would suggest. He is a curious humanist that would love to talk more to his patients than time allows. He takes in all the information and returns an cogent, concise and thorough plan for treatment. His 5% (?) body fat speaks to his walking the walk. Our only complaint is that he isn't a fan of cheese, croissants, and hot chocolate for breakfast every day. But we trust him in every other respect.

Pre op briefing on risks and alternatives is perfunctory. Sole objective is signature not understanding. Not interested in patient feedback or opinion. No explanation of alternatives provided.

There is no visit to talk about. He is totally unconcerned about patient communication and listening to his patients observations about their bodies. He is a one trick pony. Implant every stent he can and then overprescribe medication.

Dr Nero performed cardiac catheterization for me . The difficult procedure went easy for me and did not leave any unpleasant memories. It is mostly due to the professionalism of the doctor and his team . The doctor was honest with diagnosis and helped me to figure out the correct way to fix the problem . He left very good impression. I highly recommend him as a professional doctor with great skills .

Dr. Nero is probably the most conscientious, thoughtful, and detailed doctors I have ever been treated by. He takes the time to understand to address all concerns and questions. I have cardiac disease and he has already saved my life in four occasions. He is the benchmark that others should be measured.
