if i could leave 0 stars i would this place is awful

Front desk guy is awesome. The male, white haired medical provider is unprofessional and unhelpful. I had chest pains and green mucus. He took my pulse, auscultated my lungs and told me he did not want to give me anything and thinks I’ll be fine. I asked him what I should do about the pain and he told me, “it’s no big deal”. Fast forward a couple days and I am still in pain and fearful of a heart attack. I went to the ER at windham where I was taken seriously. If you go to UConn and want actual professionals, head to windham hospital.

UHUC provided the services I needed for a small laceration. The staff and doctors were friendly, compassionate and professional. The facility had everything I needed to receive quality care in a timely manner.

Registration took about 10 minutes and then I waited for probably another 5-10 minutes. A medical assistant took my vitals and history. A PA came in and drained my back cyst that was giving me 7/10 pain whenever I laid down or sat back. He drained it and now I have no pain there at all. THANK YOU!

Used several times over the last few years for various reasons. Always helpful and thorough. Our go-to for when we can’t get into the primary care office.

If I could give this 0 I would! First off I went in for a UTI for me and my daughter I then decided at the desk that I would not have my daughter looked at but seen by her own pediatrician. I told this to the office lady and the nurse as well as a doctor. The doctor replied no it’s OK I’ll see her anyways I repeated she will also be seen by her pediatrician so it’s OK and she’s like no I’m gonna do it so she checked inside her diaper I thought this was just in good faith considering I had already told her she seeing a pediatrician. Then the nurse says she needs my daughters insurance card and I said for what she was not being seen here oh well she saw her so they were gonna charge me for her to look inside her diaper even though I told them not to. Then a few Weeks later I get the bill for me being checked over $345 for a urine sample and I have insurance. I called to ask why it was so expensive and they said there’s an extra charge because it’s part of the hospital which was stated in the million page paper that you have to sign while I’m holding my screaming daughter who is in pain form her UTI. They were all very rude and sneaky except for the office lady. So definitely beware unless you’re willing to spend way more money for something even more serious you might as well go to the hospital. Never again

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is an actual scam. Showed up with flu symptoms to be told by the nurse that I don't have the flu without any tests, then Dr. Condescending comes in to tell me I do have the flu without any tests. $500 to sit in a room for no reason. I could've had my roommate do that for free. These people are cold, uncaring, and either have no social skills or just hate themselves

There is one doctor that is really good, and another doctor that actually sucks. This is for Dr. Ryan. Everyone else there sucks

After a 2 hour wait, I finally got into a room where the nurses and doctor was nothing but rude to me. I never had this experience before here as I been here multiple times. I left the facility crying with no answers to what was wrong with me as they simply did not care, after I payed a 75 dollar copay to get answers. I will never be back here again.

She was very dismissive and rushed. I left frustrated and with none of my questions answered. Especially after reading about other similar experiences in the reviews, I would not recommend this Physician.
