Long wait time and everything I go they ask for different things as if they are looking for falt within my body or health. I have to keep missing days off work cause I have to get dot card to work. I don't know why I have to keep coming 4-5 times a year. Even when I give all info they need they ask for something else so I would have to miss work again cause of the long 3-4 hour wait time.

Service with the medical professionals was good but wait time was very long (2 hours) and I made an appointment ahead of time. This is the second time I’ve been here and it’s been the same with the wait time.

I had an excellent experience at Concentra urgent care in Stratford. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were friendly and extremely efficient, obviously managing a number of patients all at once. The nurse a medical staff were professional and explained what was happening at every step of my visit. The place is very clean and calm. Very good experience providing exceptional service!
