The staff at the front awesome! Doctor was virtual which was very weird and should have not been charged a full visit. Went in for strep test and doctor was on the tablet eating!!! Then the billing department harassed me for my payment and never even sent an invoice. Screw doc medical totally unprofessional except the staff

Service is alright but apparently they close on Sundays. No holiday today except international juggling. Please put up your hours on the doors and have a lunch sign or closed sign. I scheduled an appointment today only for the doors to be closed.

The current staff are friendly, the doctor who assisted us was on target. I was vomiting at that time as both sinus and migraine are onset, I asked for a vomiting bag, the staff brought me a small bin. The physician who assisted us was thorough in his explanation, and that the medication he prescribed was accurate for such pain. I went home and took the meds, went to sleep, 2 hours later, I woke without the migraine. Sinuses is on healing progress.

I think the employees are racist the staff instead of making the patient live easy they rather make it harder I hear the 2 lady's in the counter making fun of the patients and they get mad if you don't have a mask there job is to provide you help not get mad I was there with my son and I had to leave to the hospital cuz I don't like the services they provided unprofessional

We made an appointment for 8:15am, arrived early, and were subsequently told that there were no providers on-site today; we could only see a doctor via an iPad they would provide.

Looked on the website. 5 available appointments (right away!). Make an appointment online, drive right there. Sit in the waiting room and exam room for a combined hour and a half! The Two stars are for the Dr who was amazing and helpful.

Every time I come in I had to fill out same patient paperwork even though it’s clearly in the system also making appointments seem pointless being that you still sit for an hr and people who come after you go before you .
