This doctor, highly recommended, saw my mom, Harriet, last month. He had taken over for retiring Dr. Lane, who has been so helpful to my mom through the years. This was not a good experience. He said he would refill her meds that had been working for her for several years, and when she went to pick up at the pharmacy, he had changed her meds but never told her! Not acceptable.

My 85 year old mother, Harriet A., saw Dr. Bianchi for the first and last time recently. He had replaced her beloved Dr. Lane as her ENT, someone who helped her tremendously with her medical needs. She was so upset after seeing Dr. Bianchi- not personable, did not take the time to explain things to her, and said he would refill her meds. Saw dr. Bianchi because of a on going serious issue and my regular dr was booked months out. I can’t even explain to you how horrible this visit was. This guy is clearly doesn’t care about his patients and just wants to bill the insurance company. Guy literally did nothing and said, “nope all looks fine” I literally have sores in my mouth from some kind of infection. This guy is a joke and should lose his license

One word. Terrible. Went twice with no good results. Acts arrogant and condescending. Does not listen to patients and tries to leave to next next patient ASAP. He’s the type of guy who got involved in his field to make money. Not to help people. I advise everyone to go to another doctor.

Avoid at all costs, especially with children. I question his competence, don’t be fooled by the “Yale” stuff. I’m ok with competent doctors with bad bedside manners but he is lacking in both categories.

Visits were always great. I was a nervous wreck going in for surgery but Dr Bianchi and his team were amazing. Very sore but no bleeding and surgical site looks great. Def recommend. Plus was one of the first to take my insurance with Husky as an adult.
