Well the nurse inside was soo nice made me feel great even tho i was sick also the doctor the old lady in the front desk very rude and mean the first time I went there she made me leave. Send me somewhere else that had nothing to do with what I needed. This is the third time she sends me away in a month last time I went because my daughter hurt her foot. If you don’t wanna work or help people because that’s why you’re there for to help people you shouldn’t be working you need a new front desk. 👍

Fast, friendly, professional and courteous service from everyone in the stratford location and the PA-C James Is phenomenal!!! He loves what he does and it shows in the compassion that he displays with patients. They have definitely become my go to urgent care facility. Everttime I've encountered their facility the service and professionalism have never disappointed me. Highly recommended facility for your urgent care needs.

This place was clean. The staff was also very nice. The physician i saw was very engaging , listened to my complaint fully and activeluy and thoroghly discussed my options for treatment. I would definitely recommend.

Waiting room could use a little sprucing up, and not the most attractive of storefronts, but I was able to make an appointment within an hour which convinced me to try it. The check in was professionally done, although not the most friendly of receptionist, and James the PA took care of my condition in a very friendly and competent manner. I’ll try another Urgent Care place next time to compare, but if they can get you in when you need them it’s a solid choice to get medical attention.
