I truly believe that Dr. Sergi is the best in his specialty. He and his staff are safe, polite, respectful, and everyone there is so nice. They all make sure any of your questions are answered and are very patient when explaining the details to you. I wish we could clone Dr. Sergi and have one for each medical specialty! Thank you for all you've done for me and everything you're doing to help my mother! Everyone in your office is truly appreciated!

Had my spider veins injected 2 years ago, but they didn't take; my left side did but not as well on the right. I came in specifically for my spider vein correction, but I didn't have them corrected for some reason... then, I was given an expensive doppler exam which detected my Greater Savenous vein in my right leg had a small blockage, but was told, " it's nothing to worry about, we can see you in the Fall". I would have liked more of an explanation because quite frankly, i dont feel comfortable waiting with any blockage esp the vessels that directly impact my heart. I felt she wasnt listening to me and did not have the time to explain to me the WHY NOT. Esp after finding something that can be fixed.( What medical professional does this?) Thats what your there for, to help people who have vascular issues, dont say , " oh, its no big deal" to clients, im a cancer survivor, Im Always concerned when it has to do with my health.And wasnt feeling the love on my last visit at ALL. Im also an RN,BSN, so i understand the importance of client/doctor/APRN communication? And to charge the $650.00 plus dollars to my insurance for a radiological test , th,at you discovered i needed some type of vein intervention, but failed to ask me, your patient ," would you like to clear up the vessel? I would have said " Yes, please".

Excellent Doctor and Surgeon, expert, an authority in his field, inspires confidence, good communicator, see the whole picture and is very personable, good to interact with. Very professional, well trained staff. Busy practice but very good patient flow. Ample and comfortable lobby. TV offers helpful educational medical programming. Coffee is delicious (better to take it after treatment as you may be called fast).
