Good luck getting a bill, they just send to collections months down the line, give you the run around and excuses, double and triple billed too. Don't let him fool you, he knows about billing problems. Pro health is investigating him for billing fraud. Oh by the way after 3 years of seeing him never got a diagnosis went to a new doctor and was diagnosed first visit. Avoid this doctor at all costs!!!!!!

Dr. Koirala is great. I ask a lot of questions like a good patient. He answers them like a good doctor. (Edit: not sure why I phrased things this way when I left this review long ago. Dr. Koirala IS a GREAT doctor. Ask questions though.)

been going to this office for like 12 years, been through a few dr's and Dr. Koirala is my favorite to date, they do a good job of listening to you and make you feel like a person not just a number.

I went thier to try to get help for my back and these quacks forgot why i was there.They ignored my back then when i ask why they won't help they told me not to return and to see another docter.

I have had several issues getting a response from this office as well as working with specialists who also treat me. Numerous misscomunications between the staff and Dr. Koirala have resulted in several days of wasted time and treatment delays. Several staff changes contributes to staff/doctor communication issues that ultimately delays any treatment plans.

Failed to understand basic needs. Staff unreceptive to complex medical needs. This Doctor was unwilling to understand the complexities of care I needed. He did not listen to and adequately respond to or documente care needs. He seemed very insecure and inwardly focused. His staff where polite and upbeat but failed to understand care needs or document concerns about possible medical conditions. They further lacked a basic understanding of the care process.

Dr. Koirala is one of the most courteous, humane and attentive physicians I have had in a good number of years. He is also extremely competent.
