Had doctor Richard saint Dennis he was the worst doctor I've ever had was extremely rude! I am very sick with aches, cough, headache and a 101 fever! He acted like I was faking it when I am very much ill! I would never recommend going here and to take the extra 10 minutes to go to urgent care in Vernon where they are actually polite and respectful!
This clinic is The BEST.Nurse Judith is TOPS-everything a caring, comforting, knowledgeable nurse should be and then some. Thank you so much nurse Judith.Dr. E. Sawicki is AMAZING! He found my underlying problem where 4 other doctors did not. The previous doctors never fully listened and considered ALL my symptoms.Dr. Sawicki put everything i said consisly together and gave me the answer. I was unaware of just how much, and for how long i had been popping Tylenol/Acetaminophin to help me with chronic sleep problems, until he pointed out that too much Tylenol/Acetaminophen could be causing my problems. When he mentioned that to me a bell went off, and I knew he was onto something. Silly me!! Now I know better, so I will do better. Be careful people, you can easily enough start O.D.ING on that stuff. Since slowly tapering off, and eventually quitting all Tylenol/Acetaminophin, regular and PM's for sleep, the severe headaches, and all headaches for that matter have subsided. Hence no more vomiting from intense migrains. Still cannot sleep though? Help!During my visit Dr. Sawicki took pain-staking notes, paying strict attention to the minutist detail of Everything I said. He was thorough, gentle, kind compassionate and thorough. He took his time with me and it paid off for. He found the problem. HE IS MY HERO!! and then some. My only wish is that he could be my PCP.BEV
Awful medical care! I waited for 2 hours to be seen (only 2 people in the waiting room). The doctor took a further hour to come in to see me once I was in an exam room. The doctor was so unhelpful and unclear with my diagnoses and made me feel that my symptoms were normal and I just had to wait it out, yet I have been sick for a month and have asthma. Super terrible place, if you need to be seen on a weekend, which was my reasoning for going in, I would just go to an E.R.
In a car accident, was refused service. Receptionist was rude and snappy. I don't have insurance but said I would pay at time of service. Was told it was a private practice and they could do whatever they want. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Never been treated so poorly. Rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. One star review, one star too many.
I have been to this walk in many times. I think the doctors are great. They used to have a very compassionate and friendly woman at the front desk. I have to say this place gets one star because the new girl at the front desk was not only short and snide with me. But she didn't take a message OR send me to the the nurses vm. On top of that SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I was on the phone with her for less than 2 minutes and half of that I spent on hold. She cut me off when I said I need dosing information...."well we are open until 630 and open at 830, ok bye bye now" click. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Over all nice place but very slow. We went in at 4:30 in the afternoon. Not one person in the waiting room and no patient s coming out and we still waited 30 minutes... then after the doctor saw us it was another 10 minutes of waiting...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
