Stories of neglect, unprofessional and cracked Doctors leading to death after scalpel happy surgeons that didn't want to bother to do their jobs. If you have a family member here, I urge you to get them out and elsewhere ASAP.

I still haven't gotten test results from a visit. The wait was completely insane while in the room, and I was left unattended in a hallway. I kept waving for help as I kept dry heaving, and no one came. I'd rather walk to a hospital in a different county, than drive to this hospital in the same town.

Long waiting for literally less than 5 minutes that the Dr. sees you. It’s unbelievable. This location is going to permanently close on Sunday, January 13 of 2019 So let’s hope that the new GoHealth Urgent Care Center opening on Monday, January 14 of 2019 at the Shops sky Top plaza doesn’t have this problem. LONG, VERY LONG WAIT for a “you’re good to go” consultation. But one thing this location does have is a nice team of stuffs. They’re very compassionate and very friendly unlike the emergency room from the town. Everyone is rude there

I’ve been to the clinic several times over the past few years as had my wife. I’ve been in for stitches twice and once for an infection on my hand and always gotten good service. It’s faster and cheaper than going to the Emergency Department. The people have always been friendly and knowledgeable.

I stopped in at Friday at 5 pm. I was the only patient there. The doctor was slouched on a chair, on her cell phone, and kept me waiting 10-15 minutes. She was condescending and dismissive. She looked unhappy to be there and it showed in her attitude. I left there regretting that I had stopped in.
