I had my first appointment this morning. The entire staff was kind, patient and explained every step to me; from where the changing and waiting room was to the procedure that was being done. Then again pointed me in the right direction back to the changing rooms. Such a pleasant experience for a first time mammogram.

I have been here 3-4 times now. I never wait longer than a couple of minutes. Everyone here is very pleasant and friendly.

The best mammogram experience I've ever had. No waiting at all. The technician was very pleasant and the actual mammogram didn't hurt. They have 3-D imaging, so your breast isn't squished between two pieces of glass. Such an improvement. My only criticism is that I called three times over three months before I could actually make an appointment. I would leave a message and no one would get back to me. The last time I called, I was able to speak to a person who said the scheduling person would get back to me in a couple of days; however, she called back that day.

The actual mammogram was fine, but if you need a breast ultrasound they DO NOT have a seamless relationship with the ultrasound group. My first time there I was expected to know there were two waiting rooms.

Very Helpful professional. Busy place but they take the time to ask questions listen to your questions and answer in a way you understand...thank you all staff at CHH for your tireless efforts

The staff was so caring and kind! Dr. Go was very reassuring and the nurse was very compassionate and gentle. Thank you for being so considerate and respectful!

Horrible place! They care nothing about the people they treat. Give us your money and go away is the attitude. They have screwed up so many of my wife's appointments. They cancelled one appointment in office and then when she returned on the reschedule date they cancelled it again. they never sent the results to her doctor so that became a wasted appointment. These people are A-HOLES! I never want her to go here again, I'd rather have her go to Waterbury and that's pretty sad! There motto should be "screwing up your life one appointment at a time"!
