Although the extensive staff was friendly and professional, as new patients we found Dr Sparks to have a crisp demeanor while using medical jargon hard for us to follow. The prescription provided turned out to be just for glasses which we only found out when it was denied by the contact lens website. When we inquired about that denial with the doctors office we were told a completely different appointment would be necessary for contacts booking several weeks out and would be an additional charge. We will not return to this doctor!
