Very thorough, excellent bedside manner. I felt very comfortable during the visit. I was impressed that Dr. Pollack had clearly reviewed my past medical history but let me communicate my symptoms and concerns prior to delving into what he already knew. He communicated quickly and clearly with the scheduling staff to line up follow up visits and tests before leaving. He left me feeling in good hands with less anxiety about my symptoms.
