The person at the front desk was very rude and nasty when I initially called to make an appointment for a medical problem which I was already upset about . The only solution given to my issue was taking medications I repeatedly said I was not comfortable taking . I have returned to my previous doctor where they said the ultrasound taken by your office was not clear and had to be redone . They are also having me do further testing which was never mentioned by your office. I felt after discussing with your office was issue was not resolved and my pain and concerns were not taken seriously . I wouldn't have even have written this review but I have been contacted multiple times to give feedback.

Dr. Ortiz is a fantastic doctor. She has been so caring and so helpful. I would say if you're looking for a GREAT OBGYN Dr. Ortiz and her staff are the greatest.

This was my first visit to this office/practice and it was wonderful. The entire staff was personable, warm and caring. The doctor was very thorough and helped to ease my worries. She was very kind, caring and took time to ask how I felt about her treatment plan and if it was something I felt comfortable with. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ortiz-Cardenas!

I do not want to wear a mask ever again. So, I will not be returning to this practice. Then! After having a problem with some thing they had treated me for and calling them for help they said they didn’t want to see me anymore because of my review. What kind of doctor’s office is this?! Horrible.
