I did a lot of research before choosing Dolce Vida. My research showed that Dolce Vida had the most experience and was the most knowledgeable. I got a hormone pellet procedure. The procedure was quick, and I am looking forward to seeing and feeling the results.

I have been a customer for over 16 years, and it's incredible how I was treated with No emotions and to see people you know for so many years can be so rude. I came from A very busy day yesterday rushing to do my Botox as usual, and for the past few times they wanted me To fill in paper works to update my file and I remembered doing so, about 2 months ago, but I did it any ways since she insisted I am not right, So I did it again, which is perfectly fine, then she came in to the room and wanted to take pics of my face, And I refused, I really had to rush back to work and she brought the other girl in, who was supposed to inject the Botox ,and she said if you don't take picture today, then we can no longer treat you, I was just in wow. After 16 years being a customer, She said she can't do it and I left. As a business owner, Which I am One, you should totally train your employees to feel with customers and sometimes people go through hard days and just don't want Dramas and attitudes from a place, where they call it Spa, it would have been nice to Get treated and say this time we will inject, but next time we need pics. They made me feel very anxious and Very uncomfortable. unprofessional. For a pic That could have been done at the next visit, they lost me and a lot of people That went there because of me. When U treat people with disrespect, you will not stay in business for much longer. Good luck Maria and Steph
