I had a bad experience the first visit here but as things went by the staff became nicer and they all were helpful anytime I contacted or had a question about something. All the nurses and the doctor treated me kindly at each visit and made me forget about my first visit.

Run run run. The horrible practice. They don't help you but milk your money.

Love this office and the Staff. They make you feel so comfortable and always a great experience when I was there.

This experience was pretty sad for me. I went maybe three times for hope of succeeding a dream me and my husband tried for. The staff there were lovely, but the goals and direction and the amount of money for meds with no means to even succeed. I wish I never did it because the pain is just a forever memory. I guess I have no other options I know other places said they would offer free assistance if it doesn’t work after a few times. I just kept paying and I have so many I meds I have no idea what to do with. I really wish I never did this painful process.

So genuine, friendly and patient! The entire staff is efficient and amazing from the front desk to the phlebotomist (who never miss or cause unnecessary pain) or the nurses and Dr’s who’s passion for their specialty shines through the care they provide! Love this office, always a positive experience whenever I’m there!

I just completed my egg freezing procedure with RMA-CT. The experience was stressful and eye-opening. A friend recommended the facility to me and expressed that she was very happy with her outcome. Below, I list the positives and negatives of my experience. Positives: The phlebotomists at the Trumbull location were amazing. They handled me with care and ease and always had a great attitude and a smile on their faces. I was very lucky to have a friend who had previously completed the process and could support me along the way. She provided me with information for her nurse (by the name of Brigette Alicea, located at the Norwalk, CT location) who helped me when I could not locate my nurse. She was instrumental in assisting me with the finance portion of the process by getting me connected with a financial representative. The doctors (they rotated) were kind and provided information of my progress during each visit. The facilities were clean and Covid-19 conscious. They made me feel safe and secure. The staff verified my personal information often to ensure safety and security measures were being met. During the retrieval process the doctors and medical professionals provided me with detailed information about the procedure and next steps. The medial professionals were kind and checked in frequently once I was in the recovery room. A doctor called to check in on me after the retrieval to ensure that I was feeling ok. Negatives: There is no privacy when getting your blood drawn. The office is extremely busy and is a revolving door of patients. The communication is lacking. I was assigned a financial representative, patient navigator and nurse who I rarely heard from. I was provided misinformation on the finance portion, the patient navigator never contacted me once I started the process and nurse reached out a few times to verify if I had any questions and to advise of blood work results. The nurse was unavailable on the weekends or at night, so I had no one to answer my questions during a crucial time (For example, I had difficulty filling a syringe with medication and needed to rely on a friend to walk me through it). The nurse doesn’t demonstrate how to mix medication. You are provided with a series of videos that you must rely on. The videos aren’t very helpful. I utilized You-tube for a more thorough tutorial (Nurse Michelle is excellent and provided step by step directions). Medication was ordered for ten days instead of twelve. I ran out of meds before the end of the process and the nurse never checked in to verify whether or not I was not running low. This caused a huge amount of stress as you are unable to mis a dose of medication and must stay on track. I was lucky in that I had a friend who recommended this facility and advised me to contact her nurse for next steps. That nurse by the name of Brigette was extremely helpful and advised that I could pick up an emergency dose from my local office. The facility should assign a place in the waiting area for patients once they leave the recovery room, to ensure they have enough room for other patients after completing a procedure. If you are looking for a warm and fuzzy facility or hand holding this is not the place for you. RMA-CT is a business and they operate as such.

Been trying to get a hold since Monday but no one is picking up...I left also a voice message to to make an appointment for my husband semen analysis recommended my OB-GYN Dr. But this RMA Trumbull location are so rude and they arent close yet.. I spoke to a staff Lady and saying they are close even though it still 3pm and told me to call in the morning and hung up on me!!! I hope they could just handle it professionally not like this! Ugh!!!

RMA of CT is full of great doctors and staff who care about you as a patient and your overall experience. I saw several doctors and visited multiple locations and always felt the same care regardless. You are given an entire team to work with you and ensure the best care tailored just for you. My team was great and always kept in touch throughout my time at the office. You always had timely service and received your lab results quicker than any other office I have been to before. My whole experience with RMA was seamless and smooth and I couldn't have asked for better.

We almost consider these folks part of the family. There are no guarantees with any treatments but I can say with confidence everyone here will do everything in their power to provide the best care. We became personally involved with everyone there and they became involved with us. Including hugs and kisses during procedures. Pat, Dr Ressler, Jen O, and Aubrey have made what is a very trying experience much more bearable. We cannot thank them enough for their passion and dedication

I have only been to this Trumbull location a few times as my husband and I are just starting the process. However, everyone in the office is super friendly and willing to go to extra mile for you to feel comfortable.
