Upon entering the office and meeting his staff you felt welcomed immediately. When you met him the aura was that of a highly brillant cardiologist and you knew right away you were in safe hands. He explains all the rationale that he is using to manage your condition and how you can assist him with the care. You never feel rushed as he investigates any questions you have.

Dr. Selter has been my cardiologist for years. He’ll take all the time needed to answer questions and address any concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable and supportive. The APRNs are the best! I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Selter is one of the smartest physicians that I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with and overall a wonderful person. He gives his patients the same attention that someone would give their children and pays attention to even the smallest of details. Very professional and caring. The entire team at the practice is wonderful and exceptional in patient care. Trust is extremely important in the patient-physician relationship and Dr. Selter established that from day 1. I have never trusted a physician as much as I trust Dr. Selter and would definitely recommend him.

As a 52 year old with no family history or overt risk factors I was shocked when chest pain forced me to St Vincent's hospital. Sure enough I was in the midst of a STEMI. Dr Selter was the cardiologist called in to perform my angioplasty, stenting and follow-up care, and boy was I fortunate. I have never encountered a medical professional more willing to sit and discuss my condition, the options and the reasons for his course of action like Dr Selter. My family has varying levels of medical knowledge and he seamlessly and without a trace of losing patience answered each and every question from the most basic to the most specific. My stent placement saved my life. I'm sure there are many very talented doctors would could have performed the stent part of my treatment with a similar result...I am convinced, however, there is no one who could have done so while at the same time making me feel very comfortable in a tremendously uncomfortable situation...and for that I am extremely grateful and highly recommend Dr Selter.

This review is way overdue. Dr. Jared Selter is outstanding! Back in 2008 he saved my life and I have been under his care since and here it is 2019. He explains everything, answers any questions, spends the time you need and has a great bedside manner!! My experience with him is outstanding and I always look forward to going to his office...to see him and the staff. They also are great!

I was rushed to hospital with a heart related issue. Dr. Selter was on call. He calming mannerism and spoke in clear understandable language and took as much time as I needed, nearly 40 minutes in my hospital room. His follow-up was equal in quality and his staff were as nice as can be. Thank you Dr. Selter.
