I came in with knee pain and was diagnosed with the problem after X-rays were taken … I was given a prescription and advice for exercises and my knee feels 100% better and I haven’t started the exercises yet😎

I'm pleased with my experience here. I live in Manhattan where I usually see doctors (which has become difficult and inefficient in recent years) but I hurt myself while visiting family in Connecticut.First, they answer their phones! When they answered they were nice! Miraculously they had an appointment available within two days.The system they used for gathering your information online prior to the appointment was quick and efficient. I think I was even able to pay my co-pay online before the appointment which is even more efficient.When I checked in the person checking me in was nice. I waited in the waiting room no more than two or three minutes! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced that in recent years.I was seen right away, x-rayed right away, then seen again right away.Everyone was really nice not ornery and rushed like I’m used to in New York.All medical visits should be like this. it almost makes me want to move to Connecticut so getting medical care isn’t such a hassle.Thank you!

I have seen Dr Wilchinsky in the past and always been happy with his professional care. Dr Wilchinsky has taken care of many family members in the past always with complete satisfaction. I appreciate the friendly service I received from the staff. Its always nice to feel comfortable with your doctor and his staff. It makes it much easier on the patient. His professional way of treating his patience. He has great bed side manners which help patients cope with the anxiety of seeing a doctor.
