The negative reviews here are incorrect. This is a fine specialist who has helped me breathe. He is thorough. I love how he keeps paper files, so your medical information is not all over the internet. Concerning his demeanor, the doctor is an introvert with a dry sense of humor. If you want razzle dazzle entertainment, this is not your man. I never have to wait long to see him, and he treats me well. This is an analytical, family oriented, good guy. His staff is a panic--lots of fun. I love it that he is on his own and not affiliated with any corporate medical outfits.

One of the worst doctor offices I have ever visited. Staff is just nasty and rude. The receptionist is about as effective as a dry mop, never called back with the proper appointment time. They completely ruined an appointment necessary in order for me to receive my chemo. They are disorganized and completely lack any compassion. Not exactly what you need in a doctor. This was not my first visit. Unfortunately I had to come back bc of pneumonia and I gave it a second chance, but that was a mistake. Office address is incorrect on the site, and the office itself is old and dirty.

How difficult is it for a staff member to call you back about an appointment? I have metastatic breast cancer. I needed to see the doctor before chemo. This office was no help at all, and caused a great deal of turmoil for everyone involved, including my oncologist. After a detailed explanation as to why I needed an earlier appointment, along with my oncologist calling, the receptionist who I thought understood the situation, said she would call back about this. Never did, then blamed me for not calling her in the morning. Great way to communicate with patients. And it’s the only office I know that is closed on Wednesday, which is so inconvenient. The front office staff is as rude as could be, sarcastic to their patients and nasty. They speak to you as a five year old, condescending and cold. They are disorganized and archaic in their practice. And the doctor has absolutely no connection with the patients. At all.

Dr Simkovitz is a good doctor he treated me for coughing and wheezing , he’s nice an respectful, give the patient enough time an listen to his concerns, and explain the issue and complain very well . Thank you Dr. Simkovitz.

If I could give this is Doctor zero Stars I would. The staff also gets zero Stars. My mom has been a patient of this office for several years but she no longer will be after being threatened to be charged for missed appointments. My mother is 77 years old and she is also forgetful which they are aware of she's missed appointment due to the fact that my father was sick and passed away. But they still give her a hard time anyway. Dr. Simkovitz acts like the money is more important to him than the patients. I've worked for doctors that would never think about charging their elderly patients for missed appointments. Staff is always rude over the phone. Goodbye dr. Simkovitz

THIS(( a-holes)) rating is zero! I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH AN EXPERIENCE EVER BEFORE WITH SUCH A RUDE, HOT HEADED ,PHYSCO PATH DOCTOR. YOUR NOT ALLOWED TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS,, AND IF YOU BY CHANCE ASK THE SAME QUESTION BECAUSE YOU DIDNT UNDERSTAND,, HE BLOWS A TANTRUM. HE REALLY NEEDS TO RETIRE BEFORE HE HAS A STORKE. HE WAS NO HELP AT ALL. MY BROTHER NEEDED A SECOND OPINION AND WAS TOLD HE WAS THE BEST! HA!!! WHAT A JOKE. DONT EVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR.
