I had a RF Microneedling session by E. Specht in January. I now have lots of red marks covering both my cheeks and a obvious mark from the device on my chin that has not gone away that she told me would "fall off" when I called her a week later with concern of being still red and now with many red marks. At my follow up she was dismissive of my concerns, and a bit defensive. I tried to wait a few months to see if they would fade and they have not at all. I kindly texted her personal cell asking for a refund of my $797 or any amount at all, so I could put towards now corrective treatments with my dermatologist. My text to her was ignored.

Dr. Spect and his entire team are top notch ~ I cannot say enough good things about the them. They all make you feel comfortable from the minute you walk through the door. They are professional, honest and most importantly they are there from start to finish with every appointment. Everyone to them is just as important and not just another patient. They came as a recommendation which I am so very grateful ~ one doesn’t normally get this lucky ~ and I am not local to their offices, but they are totally worth the extra time 1 million percent!!!!! Love this practice ❤️ Highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional doctor’s and staff!!

This was the very BEST mammogram and ultrasound experience I've had especially since they took me in on an emergency basis. Sandra and Ashley who performed my mammogram and ultrasound respectively were such lovely ladies who made me feel very at ease. I love that I was able to see and speak with Dr. Specht about my result. They were kind, the facility is neat and clean. They will be my new radiology provider going forward.
