The doctor was well informed about the issues regarding the treatment of my bone density problem. She thoroughly reviewed test results and was able to come up with a plan of action to address the bone density problem while taking the complicating factors into consideration.

My husband has been seeing Dr. Wagner for quit a while now. The doctor takes the time to listen to what he has to say and answers questions. The doctor is always right on top of my husbands numbers and take the time to adjust his meter if needed. The staff is always pleasant to us and he makes his follow up appointments on his way out. Dr. Wagner nagged my husband about his PSA number and we are so thankful that she did because he revisited the Urologyst and was diagnosed with an aggressive prostate cancer which has now been removed.

I've been seeing Dr. Wagner for many months. She monitors my serious conditions, makes changes in my meds and diet and gives advice. Plus she has been giving me Prolia shots regularly for Osteoporosis. She is very knowledgeable, she listens and is very helpful. Her office staff has always been very kind and courteous to me also. I will give her 5 stars!

I've been here a few times and haven't had any issues. Also, if I had to guess - judging by the way several of these critical reviews are overly verbose in the same voice, I think that at least one or two were written by one person with multiple accounts.

I was referred to Doctor Wagner by my primary care physician since my Type 2 diabetes had worsened over time. I first met with Dr. Wagner in early March, 2020, and based on blood work that she ordered, she confirmed that I am now Type 1, and she started me on insulin. She and her staff taught me how to better monitor my glucose levels, and also helped me learn how to properly administer the insulin shots. Dr. Wagner also coached me in better nutrition as well as better ways to monitor my eating and medication. My A1C has gone from 9.9 to 7.9 in about 2 months, and we are hoping it will go even lower as I continue to eat better and maintain my insulin regimen. Dr. Wagner is very patient and explains all aspects of my diabetes diagnosis and treatment in a clear and concise manner. She also encourages me with good feedback and acknowledgement of progress.

Good caring doctor hampered by difficult and adversarial office staff.

I received copies of my lab results and my lab results indicated I have high THS levels. Called the office to ask if I need to change my dosage of synthroid. 3 days 2 follow up calls and no call back. I guess patient health isn't their concern

Wow, the inundation of incompetency! Medical offices will just hire anyone?...If you are looking for an office that provides communication, genuine concern, and adequate care......keep looking - this is not the one. Very disorganized and the staff - a joke.
