I had Dr. Parnes as a doctor growing up before they turned into ProHealth and he was always amazing and still is. He now cares for my own kids and out of all the doctors or at least the ones I've met with he is still by far the best there. He listens to your concerns and does everything to help. He is also a great advocate for seeking help outside of their practice. All around amazing!

Love Dr. Parnes but unfortunately his office staff are vile. At my sons one year check up the receptionist tried to tell me they never had a copy of his insurance card, not sure how that could be when he went maybe 6-8 appointments with no issues. I gave them his insurance at birth. The new receptionist refused to believe this and rudely told me they never had it. The office manager is the worst of the bunch , she is very rude and cuts you off as you try to explain things. At one point I had some referral issues to an allergy doctor and I couldn’t believe how rude she was. She yelled at our daycare and they called me asking what her problem was. She lied and said how she promised she would call me back after she went to the new office and spoke to the doctor and never called. We had another issue with a prescription not being called in, not only was my husband basically called a liar she was rude to him too, cutting him off not letting him tell her that we switched pharmacies. Overall we are switching pediatricians because of the office staff and it sucks because Dr. Parnes is awesome, he really listens to your concerns and was very empathic when my son wasn’t sleeping and keeping me up.

Amazing staff, friendly and they work as fast they possibly can to get you in and out and get you the information you need. I highly recommended dr parnes and staff!!

Dr Parnes is a good doctor but his office staff is rude, incompetent and honestly shouldn’t be working in the healthcare field OR with children. I have a child with a chronic healthcare issue and have been hung up on and not had my messages relayed to doctors and nurses in times of need. I am pulling all four of my kids. Do your research, the support staff is horrendous.

Best pediatrician around. Took care of me and now takes care of my 3 kids. Wife and went on first date to his office as well, when it was the movie theater.

I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Robert Parnes. My son has been with him since birth for 9 years now. Although his office is extremely busy, his staff has always been very accommodating and helpful. I have never had trouble getting through on the telephone but they do often times have to put us on hold occasionally due to busy call volume and patience. His bedside manner is excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable and highly educated with excellent communication skills and credentials. I do my research and he is one if not the best pediatrician in our area.

We starting going to this practice due to referral and proximity the last two years. My son had 2 annual visit and 1 sick visit in the past two years, and all the billing were wrong for the 3 visit. I contacted the office several times, and keep saying it is my deductible, but when I called the insurance, they told me the office his billing the insurance for wellness visit eye & ear exam as a diagnostic not as a preventative. We end up over paying the practice.I tried to transfer out of the since December to my old practice, but they refused to give me the medical records as they have "30 day" by law to provide send the documents. I submitted the release form 12/21/2018, I called the office a couple of times to ask the status, they said they will call me back, now 2/8/19, they still didn't release the records.

Watch out and find another practice to go. Worst billing and front desk, useless office manager. Kappy I don't know how to spell her name, but she should learn how to handle customer service.I can say many F words here about them, but won't since they do not even deserve for it.Long waiting time al the time.

The staff never answer the phone, and when they do they put you on a long hold and hang up on you. Dr. Parnes is great though.

We made a great choice in Dr Parnes for our newborn. He is very personable, answers all of our questions and gives us great advice in caring for our baby. We are very confident our baby is in good care at his office.
